Becoming a CNA is a career, not just a job. The Healthcare Career Pathway Program helps students to gain the skills they need for better pay today and career advancement in the future as they gain skills and confidence.
The need for Certified Nursing Assistants is growing along with the number of patients and long-term care residents. Hospitals and long-term care facilities can’t fill their vacant positions fast enough.
The Healthcare Career Pathway will help you gain the skills you need to become a CNA. Students graduate the program with the skills to be a compassionate, person-centered healthcare professional. The CNA training helps students to achieve the required certification, and under the HCP Model also provides:

BECOME A CNA…
330 Hour- Healthcare Career Pathway Nurse Assistant Training Course
Cost: $2,275
HCP Stipend for qualified students, Scholarships and Payment Plans
Class Dates: September 30th, 2024, to December 17th, 2024
Theory: Monday through Friday 8 am - 2:30 pm
Clinical: Tuesday through Friday 6:30 am - 1 pm
11 Days of Professional Development included in the course.
Note- During clinical; Monday class will be held for mandatory professional development days from 8 am-2:30 pm at the Red Cross Classroom
All Major Holidays will be observed.
Daily lunch will be provided, and transportation support is available to students enrolled in the HCP program.
Our course includes the following items: 2 pairs of uniforms, Live Scan (background check), Physical and TB Test, BLS CPR/First Aid Training, Textbook, State testing fees, and all training materials needed: Stethoscope, BP Cuff, Tote Bag, etc.
