The Healthcare Career Pathway program begins with Nurse Assistant Training

Becoming a CNA is a career, not just a job. The Healthcare Career Pathway Program helps students to gain the skills they need for better pay today and career advancement in the future as they gain skills and confidence.

The need for Certified Nursing Assistants is growing along with the number of patients and long-term care residents. Hospitals and long-term care facilities can’t fill their vacant positions fast enough. 

The Healthcare Career Pathway will help you gain the skills you need to become a CNA. Students graduate the program with the skills to be a compassionate, person-centered healthcare professional. The CNA training helps students to achieve the required certification, and under the HCP Model also provides:

  • Individualized Support to Complete the Program

Upcoming NAT Classes

Nurse Assistant Training


330-hour entry-level program: 120 theory hours

132 Clinical hours

66 hours of Professional Development

 12 hours of mock review


Class Starts:  July 1st, 2024 to September 11th, 2024 

Theory: Monday through Friday 8 am-2:30 pm

Clinical: Tuesday through Friday 6:30 am-1 pm 


Note- During clinical; Monday class will be held for mandatory professional development days from 8am-2:30pm at Red Cross Classroom


Our course includes the following items:

1 pair of uniforms, Live Scan (background check), Physical and TB Test, BLS CPR/First Aid Training, Textbook, State testing fees, and all training materials needed: Stethoscope, BP Cuff, Tote Bag, etc.


11 days of professional development included in the course
